Before you buy

The cheapest refund is the one nobody needs. Message me first and tell me what you are actually trying to do. If mentorship is not what you need, or your budget is too small for the thing you are asking about, I will tell you that instead of taking the money — that is a rule I keep, not a sales line. For Cash Illuminator you can ask for a walkthrough and see it running before you pay.

Mentorship

• Sessions not yet held. Tell me you want to stop and prepaid sessions that have not happened are refundable. I have not earned that money.
• Sessions already held. Time spent is not refundable. It was taken off my calendar and given to you.
• Missed sessions. Tell me in advance and I will rebook you at no cost. Repeatedly not showing up without notice means that session counts as delivered.

Services

Website builds, campaign setup and tracking work are quoted and scoped in writing before they start. If you cancel partway, you pay for what has actually been done and anything paid beyond that is returned. If I cancel partway, you pay nothing for what is unfinished and I hand over whatever is complete.

Cash Illuminator licences

A licence is a digital product: it is delivered immediately and cannot be un-delivered. So there is no automatic refund window. What there is instead:

• If it does not work as described, tell me. I will fix it. If I cannot make it do what I said it does, you get your money back — that is not a favour, it is the deal.
• If you bought the wrong thing — wrong tier, wrong number of machines — message me and I will sort it out rather than hold you to it.
• If it works and you changed your mind, say so and I will decide case by case. I do not promise a refund here, and I will not string you along either: you will get a straight yes or no, quickly.
• A licence ends without a refund if it is shared, resold or tampered with. That one is not negotiable.

How to ask

Email hello@lalitkumarllc.com or message me on WhatsApp. Tell me what you bought, roughly when, and what went wrong. No form to fill in. I answer refund requests myself.

Chargebacks

Please ask me before you ask your bank. A chargeback locks the money up for months and stops me from simply refunding you, which is usually the faster outcome for both of us. A chargeback raised without contacting me first ends any licence or engagement it relates to.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer. Where that law says more than this page does, the law wins.
