Terms of Service

These terms cover everything Lalit Kumar LLC ("I", "me") sells: one-to-one mentorship, done-for-you services, and licences for the software Cash Illuminator. Buying any of them means you accept what is below. If something here does not work for you, say so before you pay — most of it is negotiable in writing, and none of it is worth a dispute later.

1. What you are buying

• Mentorship is my time and my judgement, one to one. It is teaching. It is not me operating your business for you unless we separately agree that I will.
• Services — websites, ad campaigns, tracking setup — are scoped in writing before they start. What is written is what is included; anything else is a new scope.
• Cash Illuminator is a licence to use software I build and maintain. You are buying the right to use it, not ownership of it.

2. What I do not promise

I do not guarantee income, approval, traffic, rankings, follower growth or any other result. Nobody honestly can: the platforms decide who gets monetized, what an ad costs and what stays up, and those decisions are theirs and they change. What I guarantee is the work — that I do it properly, tell you the truth about it, and say so when something is not working.

3. What you are responsible for

• Your own accounts, pages and businesses, and everything published from them.
• Following the rules of the platforms you use — Meta's terms and monetization policies above all. If you are told to do something that breaks them, do not do it, and that includes if you think you were told it by me.
• Giving me accurate information. Advice built on wrong numbers is wrong advice, and that one is not on me.
• Doing the work between sessions. Mentorship only works on a business that is actually being run.

4. Payment

Fees are agreed before work starts and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices can change for new purchases at any time; a price already agreed with you does not change underneath you. You pay any taxes, bank charges or currency conversion costs that apply on your side.

5. Sessions and scheduling

Mentorship sessions are booked in advance. Tell me as early as you can if you need to move one and I will move it. Repeatedly missing booked sessions without notice means that time is gone — I held it for you and turned other work away for it.

6. The software licence

• A licence is for your own use, on the number of machines the licence you bought covers.
• Do not share, resell, sublicense, publish, decompile or attempt to defeat the licensing of the software.
• The software automates your own accounts. You are responsible for using it within the rules of the platforms those accounts live on.
• Support and updates are provided as described at the point of purchase. Breaking the licence terms ends it without a refund.

7. Confidentiality

What you tell me about your business stays with me. I do not name clients, publish your numbers, or use your account as an example without your written say-so. The same courtesy applies the other way: methods, materials and software internals I show you are not yours to republish or resell.

8. Intellectual property

Materials, templates, documents and software I provide remain mine. You get the right to use them in your own business. Work I build specifically for you — your website, your ad creative, your account configuration — is yours once it is paid for.

9. Ending it

Either of us can stop, with notice, at any time. If you stop, see the refunds page for what happens to anything already paid. I may end an engagement immediately, without a refund, if you ask me to do something illegal, ask me to deceive a platform, or behave abusively.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything connected with these services is limited to the amount you actually paid me for the service the claim is about. I am not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or for a platform suspending, restricting, demonetizing or deleting your account.

11. Governing law

Lalit Kumar LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Montana, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Montana are where a dispute would be heard. Before anyone involves a lawyer, email me — almost everything is fixable in a conversation.

12. Changes

These terms can change. The version in force for you is the one published on the day you bought. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last moved.
